Configuring Settings

When your account manager provides you with Super Admin credentials, you will be able to login to Helga. When granted the correct privileges a user using the settings menu can modify all details related to the company, to employees and their privileges (roles), the financial settings, invoicing setup and personal details.

You will need to set up the following in order for you to be able to use Helga properly.

  • Setup Company Details
  • Setup Employees
  • Setup Roles and Permissions
  • Setup Finance Details
  • Setup Clients and Suppliers
  • Setup E-Mails
  • Setup Events
  • Setup Templates for tasks
