Setting Company

Before starting to use Helga, we recommend that you define the details about your company and ensure that all details are properly updated. These details are used in all other parts of the software.

This involves performing the following steps:

• Setting Company Details – You can set the basic details of the company here.
• Setting Invoices Numeration – You can set up various numbering formats to be used in invoices  and proforma.
• Setting Watermarks – You can set up options for watermarks to be applied to  the images of vehicles in your site.
• Setting Advertisements – You can set up standard text to be published in different portals for advertising.
