Setting Company Details
Helga allows you to configure your company details so that this can be used with invoices and orders along with your company logo.
To set company details, click right drop-down, and select company settings. Then select company details tab.
You can edit the following information about your company from this page:
- Main address
- Company details
- Logistic address (multiple)
- Company Status
Main Address
You can change the following information from this section

| Street and House | You can provide your street name and house number here. |
| Postcode and City | You can provide your post code and city name here. |
| Country | You can provide your country name here. |
| Postal Address – Same as Main Address (Check box) |
You can check this box if your postal address is same as main address.

Logistic Address
You can check this if your postal address is the same as your main address. If your postal address is different to your main address, please uncheck and change the information for the postal address. You are able to provide multiple postal addresses if needed. You can add, edit or delete the following information from this section.

You can see if the VIES verification for the VAT Number above was successful or not.

| KvK Number | You can provide the Dutch Chamber of Commerce number here. |
| SilverDat User Name |
You can provide your SilverDat user name here. SilverDat helps you to pull vehicle information from number plates automatically. You will be directly invoiced by SilverDat if you are registered with them.

| SilverDat Message Type | You can specify Silverdat message type here. For more information, please directly get in touch with SilverDat. |
| IBAN | You can provide your company’s International Banking Accounting Number here. |
| BIC Field | You can provide your company’s Banking Identifier Code here. |
| VWE Company ID | You can provide your VWE Company ID here. This allows you to export vehicles out of Netherlands very easily. |
| VWE User Name | You can provide your VWE user name here. |
| VWE Password | You can provide your VWE password here. |
| VWE EasyCode | You can provide your VWE easycode here. |
| RDW Certificate Pincode | You can enter your RDW (Rijks Dienst voor het Wegverkeer) certificate pincode here. |
| RDW Certificate | You can upload your RDW (Rijks Dienst voor het Wegverkeer) certificate here. |
| Send Inspection Report by e-mail (checkbox) | You can check this to have the ability to send and receive inspection report by e-mail. |
