Helga comes with default list of departments namely Administration, Financial, Workshop, Repair, Commercial, Logistic, and Super Admin.
Each of these departments come with specific permissions and when new employees are created they can be assigned to a specific department, which will allow them the rights offered by the department. This allows you to set privileges on what employees from each department can do in the system.
Helga allows you to also edit these permissions for each department to suit your company organisation structure. It is this flexibility that makes Helga the most sought after tool by vehicle traders.
If you want to utilise the default departments offered by Helga you do not need to do anything. If you would like to edit departments, click the right drop-down, and select Departments.
To add a new department, click Create New Role.
