Support & Services

HELGA is a product that works together with other (third-party) applications. These other (third-party) applications often already offer you a support and / or service agreement. See the support sections below for various applications of which HELGA itself does not provide the support and services itself. HELGA assumes that you have selected a suitable form of support for these applications to your organization.

HELGA

In the use of the HELGA product we offer you Support and other services (Support and Services). In the HELGA delivery conditions (section 9) you will find detailed information about the content of Support and in section 10 about the other services.

HELGA Support

For the duration of the HELGA Agreement you are entitled to support for the use and functionality of the HELGA Services. Only a user trained for HELGA may request support, that is, to consult documentation and to submit questions via the web application (offered by HELGA Automotive B.V.).

This concerns services such as consultancy and structural work as mentioned in paragraph 9.1 of the HELGA Terms & Conditions.

In the HELGA application you can submit a request for Support directly under the Help option. You can choose between a Support request, an Information request (also see the Services section if this concerns a consulting request), and a Feature request.

HELGA Services (Consulting)

This concerns services such as consultancy and structural work as mentioned in paragraph 9.2 of the HELGA Terms & Conditions.

You can submit a request for Services by using the Support portal. Click here to contact services.

In HELGA you can submit a request for Services directly under the Help option. You can choose between an Information request (for starting a consulting request), a Support notification and a Feature request.
